HeiQ Xpectra wint Duitse duurzaamheidsprijs 2026
HeiQ Xpectra, een baanbrekende transparante coating die de energie-efficiëntie van gebouwen verbetert en de CO₂ uitstoot, is uitgeroepen tot winnaar van de Duitse duurzaamheidsprijs voor producten 2026 op het gebied van klimaattransformatie. Deze prestigieuze erkenning eert HeiQ ‘‘ s rol in het versnellen van de klimaattransformatie door middel van schaalbare innovatie die snelle, kosteneffectieve renovaties mogelijk maakt zonder afbreuk te doen aan de esthetiek.
Energie-efficiëntie eenvoudig gemaakt HeiQ Xpectra is een transparante coating die ontworpen is om warmte te reflecteren en zo de energie-efficiëntie van gebouwen te verbeteren zonder dat er dure bouwwerkzaamheden nodig zijn. De coating reflecteert tot 74% van de warmtestraling en kan de warmtedoorgangscoëfficiënt (U-waarde) van muren tot 25% verbeteren, waardoor de behoefte aan verwarming en koeling aanzienlijk afneemt. De eenvoudige toepassing als spraycoating maakt het bijzonder eenvoudig om deze coating achteraf aan te brengen in bestaande gebouwen en opent grote schaalbaarheidsmogelijkheden. De gecertificeerde zeer lage VOC-emissies en lokale productie dragen bij aan een betere luchtkwaliteit binnenshuis en lagere transportemissies.
Wereldwijde tests en partnerschappen De technologie is geïntroduceerd voor betonnen muren op de BAU vakbeurs 2025. Lopende samenwerkingsverbanden met partners van HeiQ Xpectra zijn cruciaal geweest voor het succes: LEONHARD KURZ heeft expertise bijgedragen op het gebied van geavanceerde coatingformuleringen en CAE, het Centrum voor toegepast energieonderzoek in Würzburg, Duitsland, heeft prestatietests uitgevoerd om de energie-efficiëntie en duurzaamheid te valideren. based in South Africa, partners with Pruex Africa to deliver HeiQ probiotic solutions for hygiene and water treatment. Corran Farming, an innovative crocodile farm near the south shore of Lake Malawi, replaced harsh chemical cleaning agents with a natural microbial water treatment approach. This change removed chemicals from the farm’s processes and created a way to reuse water responsibly.
As part of a UN development initiative, nutrient-rich water from the crocodile pens now irrigates 19 hectares of land and supplies three aquaculture ponds for smallholder farmers.
